The challenges
The new office needed to redefine the conventional real estate sales environment:
- create a new workplace taking design cues from the luxurious properties that are selling in the area so the new office is a physical representation of the experience customers expect from the real estate process.
- create an environment that enhanced the diligence and commitment of the team.
Also, with a low ceiling that required services throughout, retaining the maximum height of the timber slatted ceiling was paramount.
Stunning showcase of Austratus Fin Profile to elevate this commercial space
The solutions
The materials and texture palette selected for the project included raw honed stone, fabric wallpaper, hand-cut leather panelling, slatted timber ceiling and an abundance of greenery, all coming together to create a welcoming and inspiring place of work.
The Austratus timber slatted ceiling system plays a big part in the bold and stunning design of this project. The choice of Beach Hut Grey coating tones with the rich palette of black, browns and other greys, create a luxurious yet comfortable environment for both Clients and Staff.
The project highlights the versatility of The Austratus Fin Profile, a classic look for timber walls and ceilings, adding dimension and dynamic shadow lines to the space. The Hemlock timber creates a contemporary and modern feel and offers outstanding physical properties. The system was specified not only for its unique look, but also for its adaptability for special features such as speakers, fire outlets, lights, air-con vents light weight.
